**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in process improvement, business development, and project management.
**Duties:**
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance
- Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance and support
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and increase revenue
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Conduct strategic planning to align operational objectives with overall company goals
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion and quality deliverables
